Best dressed at Teen Choice Awards 2013 #1 Shay Mitchell

At this years, Teen Choice Awards, Shay Mitchell chose a simple and casual yet gorgeous and sexy black and white Jenni Kayne jumpsuit. That had a deep cleavage cut and a sewn in black elastic belt to separate the white top from the black bottom. The actress paired the jumpsuit with a pair of neon lemon pointy heels. That looked absolutely stunning as it made the outfit look more interesting and balanced. 
As for hair and make-up, Shay matched her smokey eyes with casual, ombre beach waves.
