Everyone knows who Kim Kardashian is...maybe not for the good reasons, but the fact is that we do. And we all saw the dramatic style change her wardrobe has gone through: from the start of her career, to dating Kanye, becoming pregnant and now. So, in this post I wanted to show you this huge change and maybe throw in some of my personal comments...feel free to join in and comment below.

At the start, (okey roughly 2009 and 2010 ,but still, its a while back) Kim's style was very casual and down to earth, ripped jeans and a t-shirt did the trick. Very effortless, but still very feminine. And the mixture of leather trousers and a blazer made her look sophisticated.

However on the red carpet, Kim has followed the rules, and wore figure-highlighting, girly and very expensive gowns.

In 2011, Kim changed her street style slightly by wearing more dresses on daily basis and making a casual outfit more dressy by adding a big diva hat and a fur jacket (I seriously hope it's faux) ... However, no matter how casual or dressy her outfits get, highlighting the figure is always in.
You can already see the pattern, Kim goes for more neutral (safe) colours: black, beige, white, something you can't go wrong with...

...Luckily that changed in 2011 when Kim opted for more colours in her outfits, whether it was an orange blazer or sky blue trousers, it surely made them more interesting.

While being pregnant, Kim again chose the neutral colours. But who says you can't be chic when pregnant? Kim obviously thinks over wise, as the fashion piece which she wore over and over again was... dresses.

This is where you can definitely see the dramatic style change. As soon as Kim started to date Kanye, he didn't hide the fact that he has hired a new stylist for her and changed her style completely -the things people do for love... Kim's style changed from casual but girly to sophisticated and classy. One thing that hasn't changed and probably never will? Yep... the neutral colours that still take the lead in her wardrobe and the massive coats that Kim  started to throw in in every outfit.
